If you wish to return an item, you will be emailed a returns number which must be presented with the returned product (s).

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day in which you placed your order) cooling off period when you (the end user) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
If you wish to exercise you right to a full refund, then you must contact our customer services department on info@printerinksuk.co.uk informing us of your intention to return the goods. All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your (end user) responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days. Please note that we do not refund delivery charges, just the value of your returned goods.
The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled.
We (Printerinksuk) do not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Your information will only be used lawfully in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998. Data will only be used internally to gauge advertising effectiveness; we may from time to time use your information to notify you of special offers etc, if you would prefer not to be contacted at all, please contact our Customer Services unit on info@printerinksuk.co.uk
Payment will be made at time of ordering; your card will be debited once your order has been confirmed.
